We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Marion, Ohio.
Our office is open 8:30am-5:30pm m-f.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1984.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.

## Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred). We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. ## Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
## As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

## Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life & Health license (must have currently)
