Mindfully Psychiatry is seeking Board-Certified Psychiatrists for our expanding psychiatry services. Full-time is preferred, but part-time availability will also be considered. The practice locations are Cincinnati, Marion, and Strongsville, Ohio (may choose one). We are also currently hiring in Columbus. The work consists of providing psychiatric services to patients of the practice, which will be a combination of in office and telehealth. The psychiatrist will also supervise nurse practitioners in their specific office.
Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR, Child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.
Compensation can be a combination of salary and productivity, depending on full or part-time status. Productivity compensation can exceed $300,000 with no cap.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the healthcare of patients with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and preserves dignity and rights
  • Prescribes and manages medications and non-pharmacological therapies based on the patient's diagnoses, health history, and age
  • Applies standardized care guidelines in clinical practice
  • Performs designated procedures
  • Ensures compliance
  • Works collaboratively with integrated team, including PMHNP and counselors

Qualifications and skills:

  • Required License - Psychiatry
  • Active and unrestricted OH license to practice medicine
  • Ability to function as an effective member of an integrated healthcare team.

Salary Description
$300,000+Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
