The successful candidate will work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams, and is responsible for leading the mechanical maintenance team to gain results in safety performance, operational reliability and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities include execution of effective maintenance processes, team member training and development, identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities and project management.
The qualified candidate must be willing to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum
Qualifications:
2 years Roll Mill experience Preferred
Qualifications:
