Train, guide, and encourage employees to maintain our high standards and policies.
Be an excellent team leader.
Keep the appearance of entire store and premises looking great and ready for customers.
Provide 24 hour supervision of the store by viewing video surveillance and visiting the store frequently and at odd hours.
Delegate tasks to all employees, making certain all employees work steadily and productively during their shift.
Use the utmost courtesy in dealing with and correcting customers issues and complaints.
Control or eliminate theft by employees, customers, and suppliers.
Survey and report competitors fuel and merchandise pricing.
Execute store promotions and on-site advertising as instructed.
Maintain building and equipment and report items that need for repair.
Complete and send inspections and tests of store systems, equipment and premises.
Complete and send daily reports of sales and operations.
Maintain a safe premises for customers and employees.
Investigate, report and correct conditions leading to accidents or customer service complaints.
Complete all other responsibilities as detailed in training materials.
