Sales Professionals are premier team members in the Highland River family in furniture and mattress sales, including the Highland River Red Carpet Delivery and product protection packages, and drive all facets of our business.
This essential role requires dedicated team members who enjoy working with people and specialize in translating customer visions into home furniture possibilities with our extensive furniture and mattress offerings through Ashley Furniture and mattress partners.
The position requires someone who can pay attention to critical details while working in a fast-paced, multi-task filled, retail work environment.

Uncapped Earning Potential - $40,000 to 80,000
a year Fifteen (15) Annual Paid Time Off Days (some immediately available with restrictions), Paid Birthday Leave Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits, available on the first of the month following hire date - 70% of the premiums are paid by Highland River.
