As our assistant controller, you will work under the direction of our controller and hold the responsibilities of assisting with payroll, accounts payable, account reconciliations as well as preparing analytical reports, financial statements and assisting with comprehensive financial audits.

? Facilitate regular reconciliation of inventory purchases.
? Assist with processing payroll in a timely manner according to the company's schedule.
? Ensure regular GL account reconciliations.
? Assist with issuing accurate monthly financial statements.
? Execute comprehensive financial audits on all locations.
? Review operational transactions for reportable abnormalities.
? Assist with special projects and various reports.
Qualifications ? Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred ? 5-years accounting experience ? Extensive knowledge of US GAAP ? Advanced Excel skills ?
