Health Coach Location:
Marion, Ohio The CSI Companies is hiring a Health Coach for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Marion, OH (near the intersection of W Center St and David St).
Job Summary As a Health Coach, you will be responsible for implementing well-being programs, providing health coaching, organizing health events, coordinating with health vendors/partners, creating and distributing educational materials, and offering guidance to members regarding their benefits.
You will collaborate with 8 teammates situated across other locations.
Pay:
$26-30/hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.
5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours:

Implement well-being programs aimed at improving the overall health and wellness of members.
Provide health coaching services to individuals, assisting them in setting and achieving their health goals.
Organize health events, such as workshops, seminars, and screenings.
Coordinate with health vendors/partners to ensure smooth delivery of services and programs.
Develop and distribute communication materials related to health and wellness.
Offer guidance to members regarding their benefits, helping them navigate and understand their options.
Collaborate with the team to develop monthly wellness plans and strategies.
Requirements Degree in a relevant field or a closely related discipline.
Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience.
Certification in health coaching or personal training 1 year experience in health promotion WHO SHOULD APPLY?
