Performs all Front Desk related functions including but not limited to Customer Service Sales Checking guests in/out Promoting company programs Maintaining guest records Running nightly reports Cash handling Handling customer issues in professional manner May be asked to perform duties of other departments if necessary such as laundry.
Required to wear a uniform Requires multitasking Any other task deemed necessary by Management Shifts will be:
7am - 3pm or 3pm-11pm Holidays and weekends are required.
Customer Service experience preferred but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
