8K a year 2 hours ago 2 hours ago 2 hours ago Will serve as receptionist for Morrill Hall at the Marion campus; provide faculty support with regard to preparation of various academic documents, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and work orders; attend faculty assembly meetings and record minutes; schedule meetings for committee chairs; distribute teaching related materials; assist faculty with preparation of their dossier for annual reviews; complies and maintains BCI/FBI checks; serve as P-card Manager for faculty services, order office supplies, coordinate maintenance of copiers, and coordinate the delivery and shipment of mail for faculty and staff in Morrill Hall, Maynard Hall, and the Marion Science and Engineering (MSE) building; assists the associate dean in processing all associated faculty teaching contracts for fall, spring, and summer semesters at the OSU Marion campus.
Education required - High School diploma or GED Experience - One year of relevant experience required.
Prefer 2-4 years of relevant experience; outstanding interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to take initiative and work independently; ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of audiences; excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple administrative tasks on a daily basis; experience with Microsoft Office programs (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and university procurement, procedures, and systems.
Regular 40 First Shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
