The Resident Aides will be responsible for providing daily living services to our adult clients.
This will include tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, taking clients to and from dining areas, and light meal preparation.
We are seeking individuals who are comfortable working with geriatric residents and enjoy learning about different cultures.
The successful candidate for this position has a compassionate and enthusiastic personality, is willing to learn new things quickly, and is highly motivated to help others.
Responsibilities:
Perform various duties and responsibilities within the facility.
Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and order in residential area.
Be compassionate and respectful to other associates and residents Conduct assigned tasks in a timely manner.
