18 years or older.
Have a valid Ohio driver's license with less than 6 points, and maintain state-required auto insurance.
Must have High School Diploma or GED Able to work a day shift schedule, but flexible for occasional preplanned weekend and evening events.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Be able to pass a background check in accordance with DODD regulations.

JOB DUTIES:
As a part of your job duties, you will teach/assist individuals with:
Creating a schedule of primarily community-based activities and events of interest to the individual life goals.
Plan, coordinate, and transport on trips into the community, documenting outcomes.
Teach, mentor, and fill in gaps in service for individuals depending on their level of care, including but not limited to Routine daily living tasks, (i.
e.
Meal, Menu prep, grocery shopping, shopping, grooming, bathing, etc.
) Proper use of appliances or adaptive/assistive devices.
Basic money management skills.
Positive social skills.
Complete all documentation as outlined in support services as required.
Advocate to protect and advance the rights of clients with disabilities so they may freely exercise their own life choices, enforce their rights, and fully participate in their community life.
Not only going out to but participating in events in their local community.
Cooking, Yoga, Arts, Theater, Bowling, - Their heart's desire is the limit! Help maintain and promote a safe and clean environment for the individuals at the Day Hub, in the vehicles, as well as the community.
Assist the individuals to achieve and exceed their personal goals.
