Customer service activities include answering questions, scheduling daily service calls and route deliveries, and resolving customer issues.
The position also includes keeping the activities of the route drivers and service technicians organized, redirecting them as needed because of cancellations or responding to emergencies.
This position is scheduled 8:
00 to 5:
00, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
There may be an occasional need to drive to one of our other locations to cover for an absence or work on a special project.
A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
