Responsibilities:
Work in a residential setting assisting individuals served in becoming self-sufficient, self-advocating, self-driven individuals.
Detailed
Responsibilities:
Assist individuals to achieve and exceed their personal goals based on their individual specific plan.
Provide structure and create positive peer to peer relationships.
Assist individuals with personal hygiene including bathing, feeding, dressing, etc.

Complete detailed, accurate documentation as assigned.
Promote Community Inclusion for the individuals served.
Help maintains & promote a safe and clean environment for the individuals.

Must have good communication with management.

Positive attitude.
Basic money management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Management or supervision experience in the field of DD field is preferred but not required.
Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with consumers, guardians, staff and other team members.
Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external team members to positively represent BLESS, LLC.
Must be reliable, 18 years or older and have proof of High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance.
Must be able to provide past work references.
Must be able to work every other weekend.
Must have open availability for emergencies.
A driver abstract, and BCI check will be conducted.
